Research And Planning: Double Page Spread Content

This is my first draft of what is going to be in my double page spread. I have wrote it up from what I think it should be like but I will be doing more research in the double page spread and the content in it.
I have decided to do a interview with the model I have for my cover because this way it flows and is consistent. I also like the idea of it being an interview as it could be interesting this way.

Research And Planning: Series Of Testshots with the DSLR

This is a close up image without the flash on with the DSLR camera.  This was taken outside so I used natural light.
This is a close up shot with the flash on. I took this image inside. I think that this image is blurry as it hadn't focussed well enough.
This is a long shot of a model inside. This shot had the flash on and it also had natural lighting. This photo turned out blurry.
This is a long shot with the flash on inside of a model. This photo is good because it focusses on the model and sort of ignores the background.
This photo was taken outside in natural lighting. This is a long shot.
This is a close up of a flower. I used the flower setting for this and had the flash off.
This is a close up image of a flower with the flash on with the camera being on the flower settings.
This is a long shot image without the flash of just a tree.
This is a photo of an object on the floor outside with natural lighting.
This is a photo of an object with the flash on outside.
This is a wide shot photo outside in natural light.

This is a photo taken outside of the sky with the flash off.
This is a long shot photo inside, it has no flash.

This is my own choice photo of a piece of art in college.
This was more closer taken of the photo above. I used the passport settings for this one.

Research And Planning: Overview On Twitter Feedback

In the feedback I received from twitter, most people told me they liked idea two which was this one. Overall most people told me it was this one because when I asked them they said "it doesn't look messy and it looks more like a normal magazine". They also thought that the colours were more conventional to my magazine and they preferred red over the green.
With this layout I will carry on my research and making of my magazine. I will keep my heads up and in the bear future in creating my magazine I will have this layout in mind as most people from the internet like this idea.

Research And Planning: Redrawn Twitter Feedback

Here I tweeted saying what I was going to do and asked people whether they could reply to me saying which layout they preferred out of the two I had drew out.

This was the first tweet I got back and this individual thought that the first layout I drew was better.

Here I saw that this person agreed with the previous person thinking that the first drawing was better.

Here I saw that this person too thought the first idea was a good one.

All of these tweets above told me that these people liked the first idea I did. They tweeted me back saying they all liked the first idea.

The next few tweets I received told me that these people thought that the second idea was better.
